Training the pelvic floor with Whole Body electric muscle stimulation has shown positive results with 75% of women strengthening their pelvic floor.

Along with stimulation of the core, lower back and pelvic floor extending through the abdomen and glutes the muscles in the pelvic floor are worked using targeted exercises. The obliques, transverse abdominus, lower back as well as muscles in the pelvic floor are targeted.
