Group Classes

These classes are designed to improve your strength, metabolic rate, and endurance through innovative, high-intensity 25-minute group workouts. They will be held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10am.


Mondays: Glutes and Arms
Wednesdays: Ab Central
Fridays: Full Body
